Can I extend my free trial?
The free trial is 14 days. If you feel you need a little more time to understand if Wix Answers suits your needs, contact us for an extension.
How long is the subscription period?
The default billing period is one year. You can also choose the monthly or two-year billing period.
What if I need “view-only” access for some teams?
You can add other teams in your company for free: Product,
C-suite, Success, Sales, etc. Unlimited “view-only” members can access all data, but unlike agents, can’t perform any actions.
Do you integrate with other applications & platforms?
Wix Answers integrates easily with various applications and systems. Go to Settings > Tools > Integrations in your dashboard to learn more. Or get in touch.
What if I already use another support software?
Our onboarding team will do the heavy lifting for you by using automated migration tools and custom solutions if needed.
Do I have to pay for add ons, upgrades or updates?
Absolutely not. By choosing a package, you get unlimited access to all features within a product, including updates and new features.
